A few small details make it easier to plan a coffee corner for your event.

Read the note

Start with the moments when people naturally pause: arrivals, a break between sessions, or the conversation after a meal. That is a useful place to begin when choosing your coffee service window.

Have your date, approximate guest count and venue in mind when you enquire. A rough estimate is fine if the details are still coming together.

Before confirming, discuss the setup space, access and power with your venue and coffee provider. Leave enough room for guests to order without blocking a doorway or walkway.

You do not need a complicated routine to pay a little more attention to your cup.

Begin with the brewer you already enjoy using. Keep your coffee amount and water amount consistent for a few cups, then adjust one thing at a time to find what tastes good to you.

If you have a grinder, grind just before brewing. Keep the rest of your beans sealed, away from heat, light and moisture.
